Diesel Works - Shake set
Diesel Works has a couple of goodies, most recently I used their Shake poses for my blog post on Maitreya Gold @ 2009 SL Footwear Expo. The set includes 12 static poses, that feature wide extended body layouts, as well as more drawn in. Many of them were sassy, and full of life. The proportions were good, and I found no mesh breakage.
Diesel Works - The Débutante Chaise Lounge
Diesel Works also has a posing chaise lounge called The Debutante Chaise Lounge, that does double duty for awesome boudoir furniture. Featuring 25 poses using the chaise as a prop. The chaise includes a photographers edition with photographers stool, is available in 5 colors, and also all in one fat-pack. Copyable, easily adjustable via menu, and only 10 prims! The variety of poses included were fun, sexy, and perfectly suited for this type of prop, and easy to use.

Maitreya Gold @ 2009 SL Footwear Expo

Maitreya Gold is featuring a stylish stiletto with prim feet at the 2009 SL Footwear Expo. This one is called Shanti in Snow Leopard, a luxurious snow leopard pattern, with rosy pink inner lining. The snow leopard print (I really DO love you Onyx!), but I have to say it, lends itself easily to using with dalmatian prints. I was easily tempted to wear a thick, long, black fur coat with this, but let’s face it, who wants to be old Cruella de Vil, when you can be chic, young, Cruella. The stylish chic girl about town, with a dark side. ;P
Maitreya Gold - Shanti - Snow Leopard
The Maitreya Gold Shanti Snow Leopard, features everything we’ve been spoilt by them, Shoe HUD that allows you to tint to match, with easy reference card to many skin lines for an exact match, slots to save various tones to, and ability to change your pedicure. All this in a sexy heel. I am on pins and needles to see if they release this in a full range of animal prints. This ones for charity some come give and look amazing for it.
Aoharu - Bijou
I went with Bijou’s Selfish dress (ha! apropos for Cruella), it’s a highly versatile outfit, with full flexi babydoll like dress option, also optional is a leather wrap around for the bodice. It features a short mini, a tank, and prim belt. I wore Aoharu’s Shiny Down jacket in pink, but chose to not wear the sculpted prim parka jacket body, and prim cuffs, creating a bolero jacket effect. Aoharu also includes a number of options with jacket purchase, which include sculpted collar, fur-trimmed hood, hood up option, and unisex size!
I matched my jacket perfectly to my lipstick on my Chaisuki Gina skin, vamped up her hair with Dernier Cri’s Natasha style in black with white tips. Did you know Cruella was known to drink ink? Perhaps her hair looked like this when she was younger. I have a tip for you when wearing prim lashes with bangs, the alpha’s will make the lashes show through, so make a copy of your lashes, wear the copy, edit the part that will be covered by moving those pieces into your skull, add left eye or right eye, bottom right, whichever applies to the lash name and voila, prim lashes and bang! alaMood - Akhai Teke Set
I am wearing alaMood’s beautifully textured Akhai Teke Set, a mix of gold, silver, and white metal. The effect is striking, and yet soft. The set features a necklace, earrings, and cuffs. Easily modded if not a perfect fit straight out of the folder, shown here I moved the necklace to the spine attachment point, as my jacket collar was attached to chest.

24’s Shoo Shoes @ 2009 SL Footwear Expo

I have to say 24’s Shoo Shoes Wow19 shoe is appropriately named. It think it even goes beyond Wow! If you have been searching the ultimately chic stiletto, this is it. 24’s Shoo Shoes store is full of them, each on their own so amazingly designed, you will be stunned. A great deal of effort has been put into them, from the prim work design, to the 3 HUDs included to allow you to select your pedicure to match your skin tone for the prim feet. The transparent base of the HUD of the 2 skin HUDs allows you to position the HUD over your legs, when you find a tone that directly matches it will literally disappear on the HUD assuring you of a perfect match. I went with the highlight of my shin. The prim feet themselves are very interesting, as she’s worked to include some skin texture, and even shaded them to graduate to a pink tone near the soles of the feet. This much forethought, combined with the design is a delight to find in a designers work.
These shoes are the epitome of HAUTE COUTURE to the nth.
24's Shoo Shoes - Wow19
I chose to let these shoes shine, wearing the stylish Ontible dress from Lelutka, which features a system layer skirt, and prim bodice. The prim bodice is sculpted in parts, the fabric is sheer, and it features a tie at the front. I chose to leave the prim sleeves off, and wear an on layer corset from +Plus. The corset is a short corset that works great with system skirts, +Plus has several styles, and all on layer. I wore Oh My Darling, in black from Oh, a high updo, with soft tendrils framing the face. Tuli’s VIP skin pack had this lovely skin named Raven, which I wore with my Celestial Studios Club Collection lashes, and Icon’s BC jewelry set.

PXL Creations @ Vanity Universe Skin Fair

PXL Creations has a line of skins called July at Vanity Universe’s Skin Fair. The body features no flaws, excellent shading, and beauty marks on the abdomen for a unique look. The skin line comes with push-up cleavage option; light, medium, dark eye brows shades; the line is available in dark, tan, light tan, sun-kissed, and natural.
PXL Creations - July - Skin Tones
These are really lovely skins, with fine delicate features on the face with full lips. A variety of makeups in a soft day to-night range. Lush lips with gloss, finely done eye make-ups, and the freckles options comes with the hint of freckles on the face for a soft look.

I’m wearing Exile’s Single Lady hair in chocolate, to accentuate the amazing cheek bones of the July skin. Swimwear by CKS Designs, this bikini called Sparklebum comes with prim side ties, and neck tie in the back, shown here in teal, its available in several colors. To tie the look together I have the Messina heel from Digit Darkes in Vineyard, this heel comes scripted with bling, walk, and sound options. Scarlia Inc’s jewelry in coral was perfect for bringing out the coral tones in the teal and coral shoes. Finely made, comes in a variety of colors, to coordinate with outfits.

Idiosyncrasy @ Vanity Universe Skin Fair

Idiosyncrasy debuted a lovely dark toned skin at Vanity Universe’s Skin Fair called Mia Exotic. This skin is darker than your average tan, with juicy lush lips, light make up, and a dusting of freckles across the nose. The freckles themselves are quite a piece of work, as anyone with freckles knows, Ashia Tomsen was spot on! Excellent seam work, shading reflects a fit physique with six-pack abs. A variety of makeups, with the focus being the lips, and light eye makeup.
Shown with a superbly designed bikini called Esha from Zaara. Vibrant and patterned, it’s also available in several colors, and some chic neutrals. To match my swimwear I chose my Coquette heels from Kalnins, scripted color change, and re-sizeable. Exile’s Angelica Remix hair is a wonderful sexy hair, full of static and flexi parts, shown here in chocolate.

Sasy and I were out shopping at the Plant & Garden Festival (runs through December 27th btw), when the time got away from us, we each teleported home to quickly dress and headed over for the taping of Fabulous Fashion last night. Having only moments to spare, and being known for taking forever to find the perfect pair of shoes with an outfit, I tricked Sasy this time and chose my shoes first, and based my outfit from there.
DeLa - Zaara - Mandala
I chose my Pixel Mode Rhea boots, in Sky first. I love this color, and have been waiting for just the right pieces to wear with them. They come with a HUD to change the leather cord colors on the side. Which was perfect with my cosy long cardigan sweater/dress from DeLa called Lily in sky blue. I blogged this recently in black here. I love the look of the textures of the cardigan which features sculpted sleeves, belt, and a lower portion. The lower sculpted prim features sculpted pockets, and the prim comes in three sizes and is modifiable, so it gets you very close if not dead on size wise on your shape, and any adjustments are easy. The texture of the cardigan, I thought worked well with the Ishaya slacks from Zaara. They’re velour, with gold zippered pocket, that come on all layers, and feature sculpted pant parts too.
To accessorize I went with the stunningly beautiful Pearl Rain jewelry set from Mandala. The designer is kikunosuke Eel, creator of the amazingly gorgeous Tempura Island sim. Just like his work at Tempura, his jewelry is just as lush, and rich in textures, and fine details. I swear, there are not enough lindens inworld to support my incessant obsession with buying jewelry. It’s mind-blowing to consider where virtual jewelry was conceptually when I first rezzed and the skill that is now applied to jewelry today, its astounding. This particular set is available in a variety of tones, shown here in Silver. The set includes drop earrings, and necklace available in full bright option as well. Sold separately are matching bracelets.
I am wearing Armidi’s Symphony Twist updo in Dark Auburn to show off the Pearl Rain earrings. This is such a great updo, it’s chic, perfect for formal. I had to wear another current obsession I have, Chaisuki’s lashes! I blogged them for Vanity Universe’s Skin Fair here. These are the No. 20, which really pop when you wear them with various eye shadows, the skin shown here is blue, in the Leticia line from Redgrave.

Appearance Skins - Elise - Makeup Sampler
Appearance Skins also has the Elise in Nude tone available, but I am blogging the darker tone. No seams, a variety of makeups, I liked their red lips particularly. As you can see the abdomen is nicely done, as well as the bottom. The shoulder blades too are well highlighted. Body shot poses are part of new release of poses from Miseria.
Mermaids @ The Deck
Sasy told me about recent addition to the What’s New SL group…Creative Insanity, I headed over with her to check out their animations, and wow! I love being a mermaid from time to time, and was pleased to find another awesome Mermaid AO, and not just an ao but it included a posing clam shell, as well as an entire mermaid outfit in 4 colors, red, blue, green, and silver. Featuring pasties, and clam shell bra in 2 shades. I made a copy of one, and modded it to cover my bikini area in my Appearance Skins Body photos, over the included thong. Check out Sasy’s post here.
Creative Insanity makes quite a variety of AO’s, several of which come complete with avatar costumes to match. Symphony Skins

Symphony Skins debuted their latest skin tone Base at Vanity Universe’s Skin Fair. The darkest of their tones to date. The skin goes beyond a deep tan, with good shadows, and proper highlights to keep the features in focus. A variety of makeups featuring striking makeup. 
Symphony Skins provides you with a light, red, and dark brow option, as well as a ‘busty’ version of skin that is done well. Makeups are available in a “Day” or “Night” range, and pay special attention to making your eyes and lips a standout feature. 
Baritone was a tone I liked, as well as Tenor (not shown), it’s a light tone, that’s not washed out, and even with the lighter tone, the selection of makeup still remains in keeping with the skin, and not overly vibrant. I liked the busty effects, the highlights near the rear, and the belly buttons.

Chaisuki @ Skin Fair

Ok, Whatever you are doing, stop right now and seriously head over to skin fair. Stop by Chaisuki if you haven’t already, and buy their lashes. A serious MUST HAVE for the lash lover! Before I even say one word about the skins…..admire…drool….and lust for the lashes….Emergency Shopping teleport here.
Three different lashes shown here, in order they are No. 27, No. 20, and No. 15. I found them a dream to fit with this skins, and I was easily able to mod them for other skins as well. Keep in mind due to the nature of the design, you might wanna use these with a high arch brow, and vivid make up for added extra effect.
I haven’t had the pleasure of trying Chaisuki skins, and I eagerly dove into my bloggers review pack after I had been able to purchase the lashes, and wear them for a couple days. I refuse to remove them. Chaisuki has a recent release called Gina, a lovely skins, with no seam issues, and good highlights and shadows. Skins come with a pushup and hair option, and are a bare bikini wax, with an additional on layer wax. The range of eye makeups is stunning, I photographed all of them, and couldn’t bear to stick them in small snapshots, so I’m sharing some highlights, but they are all equally fun, vibrant makeups in this range, all shown with Lash No. 20.
Chaisuki has pre-released Elise at Skin Fair, shown below, in 4 shades. It too features all the fine detail of the Gina line, as well as excellent makeup. I liked her skin tones, even the paler ones didn’t wash you out in a variety of Second Life light settings, and the cream to tan ones were even, and a healthy tone.
