I think I am wearing ALL the jewelry today. I’ve paired Amorous’s Wishbone Set, with Maxi Gossamer Jewelry’s Tarifa bracelet, and Zaara’s Kashiti Bobble Ring in turquoise.  I think they work nicely with each other and the outfit.  My outfit is a relaxed casual look dressed up a bit.  I’m wearing Emery’s new mesh denim jacket Hollywood from FaMESHed, and a prior release their pleated Charlotte skirt in late, with white horse print.  I layered Izzie’s Low Neck Tee in white underneath.  Izzie’s Low Neck Tee’s and her long sleeve tees are a must have for layering with mesh; they come in a wide variety of colors and are perfect for the job. Nyte’N'Day’s Ginger Belt is an older favorite of mine, and I like the look of it with the skirt, and the darker shade of brown which ties in my Maitreya Gold Suave’s platforms, and my Maitreya mesh shopper tote.  I’m wearing Izzie’s Holly skin in sunkissed, with brown eyeshadow, and a body + face freckle layer.  I’ve used Izzie’s skin applier hud on to match my SLink Avatar enhancement Hands, and used Flair’s Tomatoe Polish from Set 1.  I’m wearing new hair from Exile, the Independent Woman in Bronde, it’s part of the Natural Fusion 2 pack.  It’s a nice hair style, I love the volume in it.

I’ve been crazy about color lately, really bold colors, but just letting one pop.  When I was trying on my new Sacramento pants from Emery, I knew I had to have red to with it.  These pants are currently available at FaMESHed for May 2013. The mesh pant has diamond confetti like print, with a gathered waist.  I wanted to really show off that feature, and chose a recent release from Maitreya to compliment the area.  The Dakota top is perfect, its gathered and draped, creating a tucked in look.  I love the little ties on the left side of the shirt. I also went with shoes from Maitreya, the Espirit Xtd.  I wanted a light look on the foot, something with straps, and I love how you can texture change the Espirit’s details.

I accessorized with Emery’s Samantha Clutch in Tanager, the red was a perfect match to the Dakota Top.   I went with bold intense red gloss lipstick, and wore Nuuna’s Smokey eyeshadow from the Kati skin over my Tuli Eva.  I also used the Tuli Skin Applier hud to perfectly match my SLink Avatar Enhancement Hands, and went with Vivna from Flair’s Set 24 Fingernails Applier.  It’s a matching red nail polish, with silver diamonds across.  My hair is one of four new releases from Exile.  It’s a long mesh hair featuring tendrils up front and down the back called Desperately Wanting.  Exile has new colors/shades and an easy to use hair HUD.  You can also find demos for all of the hair colors available. My finishing accessory for my look is the Uva jewelry set from Miel.  It’s features texture change beads and set, plus resizing the height, width, and depth for a custom fit.

I’ve built a corporate fashion forward look with Emery’s new mesh Destiny top that’s currently available at My Attic. It’s available in 5 colors, and I think this look would really pop with the berry and au colors. I went a bit more sedate with my beige. It’s a high waist cut, that goes nicely with My Attic palm print Irie skirts, or any high waist bottom. I’m wearing it with Celoe’s Nikka Skirt in pitch, they worked perfectly together. I’ve accessories with SLink’s new Attache Bag in black, which is also available at My Attic, and Erratic’s new Emily leather boots in beige. The Emily boots are available in 11 colors, and a nice variety of browns within, and include a HUD for 3 types of metal inner zippers. I’m wearing a new skin from Tuli, the Eva in makeup 04 with dimples, and used the Tuli skin applier to custom match my SLink mesh hands. My nail polish applier is My Attic Sandee available in Set 30. Its a lovely cream, with silver pinstripe. My hair is newer from Wasabi Pills, and asymmetrical fringed bob called Betty. It’s currently available at FaMeshed. My poses are Adorkable’s Ella set, Cinderella themed poses before and after her fairy godmother change. All in keeping with My Attic’s April theme of ‘Change’. SySy’s just released the mesh Switch Mini/Pencil Skirts at My Attic.  The theme for this sessions My Attic is Change, and SySy’s made a skirt you can change! Included with purchase you get 2 styles of skirt, mini skirt, and pencil skirts.  So if you love the look, you can restyle! Her color range is perfect, with many classic, and fashion forward colors.  This skirt is a wardrobe staple, you can build tons of looks around them. They are currently available at My Attic for limited edition price of $95L a set, afterwards they will be available at the SySy’s mainstore.  I’ve styled my skirts with a favorite from last summer, the Maitreya Cupio Top.  They come in a wide range of colors, and with the added detailed neck straps.  I’ve shown all the colors/prints they come in below.

I’ve accessorized with SLink’s new mesh Classic Pointed Pump Add On’s in Nude.  These pumps are an “add-on” to their SLink barefeet.  I love the pointed toe and thin stiletto heel.  I’m also wearing SLink’s mesh avatar enhancement hands, and used my Izzie’s skin applier to perfectly match my Izzie’s skin.  This skin is the new Holly skin, which features a range of lovely makeups. My manicure is the Crispy nail polish in Set 25 from Flair.  It’s a fun set, and I love the effects either on short or long nails. My hair is new from Mina Hair and available at My Attic, this is a long behind the shoulders hair style, and Mina’s first mesh hair. My Attic opened yesterday, the April 2013 session has 24 stores participating! I’m wearing a bandeau top and maxi skirt from ‘a new to me’ store called Lacuna, which is currently available at My Attic. Both pieces are mesh, and come in a very wide range of colors. The skirt is hugs nicely, and I love the stripes, and the angle they hit at for maximum figure flattering. The range of colors the stripes come in is nicely done, perfect for summer!  My hair is Erika from Wasabi Pills, a new mesh hairstyle available at Fantasy Faire 2013. It’s long and I love the bit pulled back behind the ear. I’m wearing the Coral Jewelry Set in Gold from Handverk. It’s mesh and available in a variety of colors. I love the attention to detail, and how many small little bits are in detail on it. My skin is a new skin available at Adam n Eve, called Patrice shown here in T2, I’ve matched my hands and feet with Adam n Eve’s Skin Applier hud, available as separate purchases at their store.

Since I am beach bound, I am barefooting it in my updated version of SLink’s Mesh Feet. SLink recently updated their hands and feet to include an Avatar Enhancement edition, that allows you to accurately texture them to match your skin, if your skin designer has made appliers; check their stores, or send them a notecard requesting this addition. I’m wearing nail polish on both the hands and the feet from Flair. It’s the butterscotch polish from Set 22. The new Slink Avatar Enhancement hands and feet give you so much more now, between applying the exact skin, to adjustable nail length and shape, and even stockings!

The Celoe & LeLutka team have released several new items. For Celoe it’s the hot Jacqualine Sandals. The mesh sandals come in eight colors, with the chain/metal options of gold and silver included. They feature an easy to use HUD to tint feet, change manicures, and resize. Forget spring, I need a hot summer date for these!
LeLutka released two mesh hairstyles, and today I am wearing the Bouffant in Praline. This. Is. Big. Sexy. Hot. Hair. The hairstyle features a mesh base, mesh tresses, and a pearl tiara. Grab a demo and check it out.

My poses are new from Ma Vie, and are currently available at Pose Fair 2013 which is running until April 14. I used several from different sets released there, and also with my Eames Lachaise from Handverk. Ma Vie makes nice poses, suited nicely for everything from personal photos, blogging, and professional photography. Don’t forget to check out her Underwater Love set. While you might just think it’s for mermaids…I’m sitting on the chaise with it. You better WORK!

I’m also wearing Handverk’s Flamingo Clutch, and Disk Necklace. The clutch is full of whimsy, and available in a variety of colors, I’m over the moon with the pink one, and love the design of it. The disk necklace is also available in a number of textures, and is great for modern formal and casual. I’m really impressed with the design of Handverks accessories as they are contemporary in design, but each has some organic or whimsical element.

HANDverk has created a new main store. It’s a beautiful contemporary mesh building complex housing their mesh accessories, and mesh home goods. The building is beautiful I especially liked the enclosed courtyard at the teleport spot. The canopy over it really is nice, and I love the spiral stair case in the corner. The home goods are nicely displayed for demoing, and finding the options available for them. The accessories building is a stunning display area for their items. The colors, the tone of wood, and graphic displays are professional, well thought out, and suit the entire build. The designers have put as much thought and care into the store as they do the design of their products, and ads. Second Life is becoming so exciting and refreshing since the introduction of mesh and this is an example.

A new release/update from SLink are my SLink Avatar Enhancement Hands. If you already own SLink’s mesh hands, or feet go back to the store and get the latest update via the redelivery terminal. The latest update gives you the ability to perfectly match your prim parts to your skin by using an applier made by your skin designer!

Developer kits are available to designers, click here for more info on how to apply for a kit. Tuli is using this now with my new Eva skin, so you can stop by her store and buy a skin applier hud that will match all her tones. The hands/feet are really simple to use. Unpack your purchase, read the item titles inside the folder carefully. There will be the regular mesh hands/feet you can tint still via hud. But there is a separate hand/foot boxed that says “Avatar Enhancement”. Unpack this if it’s not already unpacked. This is what you need to use the appliers, the actual part will be labeled with an (av).

You will find your hands and several huds in the Avatar Enhancement folder. There is a Basic Fingernails Hud with basic manicures. The Main Nails Visibility Hud allows you to change the length and tip of your fingernails. There is a hud you can wear to quick access the SLink website for more info called Slink Avatar Enhancements. Check to see if your favorite skin designers have made SLink hand/feet appliers for you. They’re easy to use, once you have your (av) hands/feet on, wear that particular stores hud, and click the shade you want, and viola. Same technique for manicures which are available from several stores. I’m wearing a pink and silver manicure in Flair’s Set 5. Many designers are also using this to make stockings for the bare mesh foot as well so check your favorite stores for this item.

*Remember you will only see the perfect effects from tinting and appliers, if you have your basic shaders and atmospheric shaders enabled. To do this, go into (Ctrl + P) Preferences > Graphics Tab > Advanced and checkmark the boxes.*

I’m wearing Doll COCO’s mesh ball-jointed doll avatar. This avatar body is free and comes in two skin tones, Snow, and Cacao. You can choose from a number of unique mesh heads as a separate purchase for a custom look, as well as mesh clothing, and costumes specifically made for the doll. She also has accessories like hats, helmets, even bat wings, animated insect wings, and monster feet are available. Join her free group and click the vendor at the store to get your starter body. The body has several body options, with or without lingerie, and ‘smooth’ option with no genital details, and a default version with nipple areolas and full genitals. After purchasing a Head for the body, you can wear it in place of the White Cap that tops the doll body. The head also includes a wearable teardrop, and a head with closed eyes. The dress comes with two necks in the skin tones, I didn’t need them, and the boots with two skin color options. I removed my doll feet to wear them.

For this photo I am wearing Doll COCO’s gift Rabbit Avatar. This rabbit looks so serious, it’s just adorable. Its a free gift, right next to another free gift of Wizard of Oz themed mesh characters, and a mesh Dorothy avatar. This rabbit also comes with a camouflage jacket. I’m showing off the cute Whimsy 2m pose from the Whimsy post set. I loved how even more defiant the bunny looks with it.

Ploom has the Harlowe skin at Skin Fair 2013.. This skin features nice body toning and shading, in seven skin tones. I’m blogging the Cream skin tone, as its close to the range of skin tone I usually wear, but I also really liked the Vanilla which is paler then I usually wear but a really nice pale tone. The skin is available in five makeups, and with purchase you also get two eyebrow shapers, breast enhancer, nail cover, and lash tattoo. I’m wearing the included prim feather lashes.  Wasabi Pills just released this lovely long mesh hair style.  I like that it’s a bit wavy, it has a nice casual look.
