I’ve built a corporate fashion forward look with Emery’s new mesh Destiny top that’s currently available at My Attic. It’s available in 5 colors, and I think this look would really pop with the berry and au colors. I went a bit more sedate with my beige. It’s a high waist cut, that goes nicely with My Attic palm print Irie skirts, or any high waist bottom. I’m wearing it with Celoe’s Nikka Skirt in pitch, they worked perfectly together. I’ve accessories with SLink’s new Attache Bag in black, which is also available at My Attic, and Erratic’s new Emily leather boots in beige. The Emily boots are available in 11 colors, and a nice variety of browns within, and include a HUD for 3 types of metal inner zippers. I’m wearing a new skin from Tuli, the Eva in makeup 04 with dimples, and used the Tuli skin applier to custom match my SLink mesh hands. My nail polish applier is My Attic Sandee available in Set 30. Its a lovely cream, with silver pinstripe. My hair is newer from Wasabi Pills, and asymmetrical fringed bob called Betty. It’s currently available at FaMeshed. My poses are Adorkable’s Ella set, Cinderella themed poses before and after her fairy godmother change. All in keeping with My Attic’s April theme of ‘Change’. Pop!

My Attic for February 2013 has just opened! This session’s theme is Pop Music. Mina made this fantastic mesh angled bob with bangs in these totally hot and bright colors for My Attic. The hairstyle is available in her usual tones but I’m featuring her “Disco Pack” of 6 incredible color variations. But I definitely need this hair in all the other tones too.

I’m wearing the Spice hairstyle with a few items I’ve had tucked away in my inventory like Maitreya’s Mchet Leggings which were limited edition from the Art of Escher event last year. I love the herringbone print on these. If you like the look they are available in a wide variety of colors at the store, but the herringbone print is no longer available. With purchase you get the ‘couture’ variation which features built in heels, and regular leggings version. For color I went with Erratic’s mesh cropped bikers jacket in gloss pink. It’s fun and I love the bright color, and the detail of the zipper. Plus its fun to layer over interesting things, like this bodysuit from House of Fox which really makes the features of side bands stand out. I’m wearing Tuli’s Helena skin in Powder with dimples cause I am in love with the dimples. I went with her Intense Fuschia Gloss lipstick and eye makeup from Elegant Epiffany. My Treble Clef photo prop I made for My Attic, and comes with my Bright Lights BC WinxBox which is available at the event. It features a custom pose, but is not the pose I am using in this photo.

Amacci Hair – New!

Amacci just released a few hair styles in the past month.   She’s offering two hair styles in store as free gifts at the moment until January 19th-Elba and Thor!  The Elba hairstyle is a beret style hat that’s color tinted via hud, or made completely transparent showing off the lovely short pigtails.  Thor is not shown, sorry my guy shapes didn’t load in inventory.

Leon and Linda are Amacci’s new releases.  I like Leon for it’s unisex short style. It’s well fitting on women, and frames the face well. It will look great on guys. Amacci also did the Linda hairstyle in a variation of the Leon, with higher bangs/fringe giving it a fresh youthful look.

Before Christmas, Amacci released Anastasia and Gloria.  Both are variations of each other.  Anastasia is a lovely full braided low bun that sits on the nape, and the hair fully pulled back from the front with whisps.  Gloria features a smaller braided bun, with side swept bangs.  The braided bun is lovely and interesting to look at from behind, reminds me the beautifully braided challah bread.  This hair is made to be worn with chicly styled clothing, and gowns. All hairstyles are shown with and  look great with Amacci’s free hair bases.

Twilight Speeds

This has been my wintery outfit favorite this week.  It features a recent release from Erratic, the Vanity Leather Jacket in mesh.  This jacket is great! I love how the designer includes an open and closed version! Two great looks for the price of one!  The jacket is nicely textured, with attention to hems, and is available in a very wide range of colors.  My outfit features the open version in Dark Red, and I’ve layered it over League’s Thermal Dress in White.  I went with the wintery Red Norway knit print of the Wool Tights from d. Select. I’m currently obsessed with Scandinavian knits at the moment and this fit the bill. I’m wearing Maitreya’s Radical Boots in Snow, and mesh jewelry from Maxi Gossamer’s Valencia sets. My hair is a holiday gift from LeLutka & Celoe, called Vent.  It’s a pretty, mesh, long hairstyle, available in the naturals pack. Wear your group title for either group, and teleport to either location, and click the presents under the Christmas tree there to get it.  It includes a chic, vintage hat with feather (not shown), and if you click the tree a beautiful copy of the mesh tree itself.  My skin is new, from Adam n Eve, called Meghan.  I’m wearing tone 3, which is a nice creamy tone, and the Scarlet which has this lovely red lipstick.

Shades Of Marble

I’ve been laid up in bed with a second cold this fall, which left me standing around in an outfit for days on days. Now that I’m feeling better, might as well start with blogging what I’ve got on, while re-setting up my settings on the new Firestorm viewer (4.3.1.31155) that came out on December 3rd. This release has the built in phototools that Paperwork (William Weaver) created.   I’m wearing new Nue hair from Ploom.  It’s mesh and I love how it’s pulled up on one side. I’m wearing Erratic’s Amy Silk Blouse, Celoe’s Snare Ankleboots, an envelope clutch from Emery, as well as their Allende skirt.  My skin is new, and from Amacci.  Amacci makes nice skins, great skin tones, makeups, shading, and attention to body details. Nuiko is a really pretty addition, and features a teeth option.  This skin’s teeth option is the first that I have really liked with my shape. It’s subtle, and appealing. It’s available in 13 makeups, and comes with the same lip colors on tattoo layer.  This is a skin I could wear for some time, I really like it. In The Sunshine

Erratic recently released the Cory Oversized Sweater at FaMeshed.  A great mesh sweater in a variety of patterns from plain, color blocks, stripes.  Grab some demos, each one is fabulous.  I’m wearing two in this post, a plain purple, which was really really purple, I love it, and Color Block 1, full of deep bright colors.  I love the detailed cuffs, and the zipper in the back.  With the sweater in Look 1 I’m wearing Emery’s mesh Mid-Rise Skinny Jeans- Tie Dye.  A nice smooth tight fit, nice shape, love the design.  I accessorized with matching purple mesh Alexa Wedges from Maitreya. Twin Skinny Belt from Aoharu, Celoe’s mesh Clement necklace, and a Patent Leather Purse from Modern Gypsy.

In Look 2, I’ve styled the sweater with a mesh highwaist mini skirt from Richielli, in a bright orange and ethnic print.  I played with all the colors by using my new mesh Valencia jewelry from Gossamer Jewelry currently at FaMESHed.  All the pieces have preset color combinations in them, just click and a menu drops down. They also featured various lengths of necklace, and multiple strands.  I used more color by adding a great clutch from Osakki, they’re currently closed, but plan to reopen soon featuring skin and accessories.  Can’t wait until they do! Check your inventory to see if you already own this cute clutch.  II’m wearing a new mesh hair from Ploom called Trista, it’s a perky ponytail, that’s available in a solid one over color, or dipped.  I’m wearing Maitreya’s Salience Socks & Tights Liquorice and a new skin from Amacci called Liane.  Liane in bronze is a very tanned look, and I really like the abdominals on this. I wore matching lip tattoo lipstick, and went with a blush from her Blush pack.

Look 3 features a new mesh shirt from Boom.  It’s a cute cuffed cropped tee, available in a variety of colors, and graphics. Check out some demos at the mainstore. I’m wearing it layered over a on layer tank from Jane, and with Ricielli’s ETA Jeans in White Leopard.  I’ve accessorized with a belt from Bukka, which features color change leather, and rings.  Hard to see as look 2′s arm is around my arm but I’m wearing YS&YS’s Naala bangles, and their gold hoop earrings from their Afrika set.  I went my Maitreya mesh Radical Boots in chocolate suede, I love how soft they look.  My hair is new from Wasabi Pills, called Izumi, featuring two cute mesh thin long mesh pigtails. I finished off the look with the oh so cute collar recently released from Pididdle.  It’s mesh, and available in a variety of colors/textures.

In Look 4 I am wearing the denim version of Boom’s mesh Twenty-Three Tee.  The Valencia set from Gossamer that’s also shown in Look 2.  This time I’m wearing the bangles, and a multiple strand option. I’m wearing Miel’s recently released long mesh Jersey Skirt, and SLink’s Suede Wrap Wedges, color changed to match my top.  My mesh tote is from The Secret Store, and I took all my color cues from it. It’s a happy, brightly colored print. To offset this summery look, I went with Amacci’s Liane in bronze skin again, adding Glitter Eyeshadow from Izzie’s, and Izzie’s leather waist belt.  My hair is also from Amacci, and new.  Sira’s a really cool pony, with color changeable highlights, and band via HUD, and worn with a matching hairbase.  I was really excited to see this hairstyle, and can’t wait to wear it more.

KissKiss

Erratic recently released this sexy mesh dress in twenty colors.  It’s available in Glitter or Plain, shown here is Plain Salmon.  The Glitter version is beautiful and well textured.  I loved how soft this dress looks in the plain texture.  It ties behind the neck, and I really liked the attention to detail there.  Pick up a demo and try this on!  I’m wearing the dress with LeLutka’s Lively hairstyle, its a new mesh release from them, very long, with a few tendrils pulled to the back.  LeLutka debuted a naturals pack with this release, featuring a really nice variety of shades from other packs.  I lightly accessorized this dress with heels from LeLutka, bangles from Zaara, and Zaara’s Raga Oyster ring, a pretty mesh clutch from Mons, and a perfectly matching french manicure from Mandala.

Til The Clouds Clear

Shaken

I’m wearing a cool hair attachment and hair base from Vanity Hair that’s currently featured at Vintage Fair 2012.  I love the way the hair is arranged, it’s chic and fun.  I’m wearing three recent mesh releases from Erratic, and Emery.  Erratic has made this lovely loose silk shirt, chicly tailored, in a nice variety of colors. I love this particular shade of green and couldn’t wait to style it with some fall tones.  I went with the new mesh skinny jeans in burlap from Emery.  Great mesh work from both stores, nice texturing, and attention to detail.  I also accessoried with Emery‘s mesh envelope clutch that has this great little hand strap on the side.  I used wood accessories from a variety of stores,  Zaara for my necklace and earrings, Fri.Day for my bangles, and LeLutka for this great belt with leather fringe ties, and went with saddle brown mesh pointy heeled pumps from Celoe.

I took my photographs in my WinxBox (tooting my horn) I made for the My Attic event.  This sessions theme for the event is Shaken Not Stirred.  It’s a fun retro modern theme.

This W. Winx WinxBox is a collaboration effort with Sasy Scarborough of Flair containing 5 custom made poses.  Contains 3 hanging mesh lamps that feature color changes via menu, and type on/off for lighting.  The inner portions of the WinxBox are color changeable via menus, and in sets  Back/Front, Sides, Floor/Ceiling.  Each mesh divider contains a custom made pose, and color change menu script.  You can also mod all items to suit, moving dividers changing to your own textures, and using other stores poses to really get a great deal of use.  The dividers and lamps, would look great in your home as well. This item will be at an introductory price of only 95L, until the end of the My Attic event. You will find display WinxBoxes set up at the back of My Attic veranda area

This item is designed for photos with shadows enabled.  To really enhance your photography experiment with the various windlight presets available on viewers (not all viewers have the same presets), turn down the gamma, change the time of day, and east/west angle to really maximize the outcome. Turn the outside walls transparent, to really bring out the shadows.

My Attic is an event that starts on the 21st of August and ends on the 31st of August. The theme this session is “Shaken not Stirred” our wonderful tenants and special guests have made items that fit within this theme and their own creative influences. All items will be 95Lfor the duration of the event, and will then go to regular store prices afterwards.

Rosy mood – Hair Fair 2012

Rosy mood released four hairstyles at Hair Fair 2012.  Satsuma is a cute, chick short bob pulled behind one ear, with bangs, simple and elegant.  Caniche is a variation of bob with a bit of a wave, and bangs.  Goldfish is a great updo with long side bangs, perfect for casual to formal.  Sweet Buns is an updo, with both sides of the hair pulled back, and then up into victory roll at the crown, and long angled side bangs, and short blunt cut bangs.

I’m wearing a new release from Erratic, the mesh Zoey Leather Pant, which have great texturing, and I love zipper pocket detail, and smooth no pocket bottoms.  They are available in a variety of colors.  My top is from LeLutka, I really like the geometric print and voluminous short sleeves.

Hair Fair 2012 – SLink

SLink released 3 lovely mesh styles at Hair Fair 2012.  A gorgeous soft french twist, a lovely soft braid called Mica, and this short style called Nicolette.  Nicolette is angled nicely, and I how short is is on the side. The french twist is soft, draping to the side of the face.  Mica is a cute braid, with whisps here and there, and loose tendrils that have escaped here and there.  These three styles are currently available only at Hair Fair 2012 until July 29th, after that they will be available at SLink’s main store.

Erratic just released a mesh leather dress that’s hot, well textured, and available in a variety of colors.  I liked the form, the collar, and the thick look to the leather. I’ve paired them with Maitreya‘s mesh couture leggings in oil-disco, and accessorized with some favorites from Mandala.  I’m wearing new mesh eyes from Izzie’s called Deep Dark Eyes.  As you can guess they feature of deep tones and I like how deep even the teal shade I am wearing is.  They’re easy to wear, barely any adjusting, I only made my iris’ a bit smaller I went with 1.20 on the horizontal and diagonal as a personal preference, even 1.1 would have been perfectly fine. They also come with a layer version.
