Spring Pinstripe

Sysy’s recently released these cute wide legged mesh pants called Rayures. They feature two styles, one for wearing with heels, and another for flats. They’re a cute cuffed pant, with crisp pinstripes available in ten colors. I’m wearing the peachygold color with Maitreya’s new Mignon top in bright emerald. It’s a versatile mesh sleeveless top that can be styled casual and formal. I’ve used it for a bright influx of color, and accented the outfit with accessories in green and orange. My jewelry set is Maxi Gossamer’s Santa Fe jewelry. It’s mesh, and color change via menu. My tote is Maitreya’s mesh shopper in Everglade. My shoes are Ison’s mesh Kippen Wedge boots in a bright tangerine color. It’s a bright colored outfit, cause I’m thinking about spring now that Punxsutawney Phil says spring is around the corner. My hair is Wasabi Pills latest hairstyle called Fay available at FaMESHed. It’s a cute wavy style pulled off to one side. My skin is new updated skin from Tuli, called Helena, in the powder skin tone. I’m wearing the dimple version, with Intense Coral Gloss lipstick layer.

Mix & Match + New SLink Boots

SLink recently released the Vanity Boot! This mesh leather boot features a wood wedge heel, with double outer leg zippers and a zipper on the inner legs. The main boot leg hangs over the foot portion. The Vanity Boots are available in 11 colors, from natural tones to bright fun colors to brighten up your winter.

I’ve paired the Vanity Boots in black with DCNY’s mesh black wash Denim Pencil Skirt, and Ison’s mesh Kimono Sleeve Cardigan in Sand. I’ve brought out added orange as to bring some color to the outfit with my melon colored Intrinsic Tank from Jane, Maubray’s Candy Bangles, and Tiny Satchel in Scarlet from The Secret Store. Miel’s Sha Jewelry Set seemed to be perfect to balance the look. It’s metal changeable via click. My hair is a new hair style from Exile called Little Talks, it’s a cute wavy high pony tail, with bangs/fringe.

Spy Girls

Sasy and I were out and about and as it happens ended up with a head set. Well you know as well as I, a head set means you have to be up for an adventure so, a magical costume change later, there we were, distracting a tough security guard, and stealing plans, and a rendezvous afterwards. Snare

I’m wearing a recent release from Ison, the mesh Geometric Dress in tan, it features two tone chevron-esque details at the shoulders and neckline. I accented this detail with chevron print leggings from League, from the Folklore Leggings set, called Ziggy. My hair is a release from earlier this month by Exile.  The Beyond The Waves mesh hairstyle features a seperate attachment of flowers to be worn with.  It’s a really pretty style, click here for the post on Exile’s website about it to see the flower option.  I’m wearing it in Rio from the Fusion pack for a toned fade. My clutch is the mesh Envelope Clutch from Mon Tissu, it features two attachment points, under the arm, and a hand attachment. It’s chic, and I love the trim detail. I’m also wearing a new item from Ohmai, a cute mesh bee ring I picked up at the Bees Through the Seasons event.

Today, Celoe released their Snare Ankleboot!  This mesh ankleboot is hot, put together with leather, in a wedge style, with wood heel simulating a traditional heel.  So amazing to look at, serious shoe porn.  I am in love with the leather straps that fit around the wood from the leather wedge, not to mention the zipper down the back of the shoe. The Snare Ankleboot is available in 8 colors shown above.

Comfortable & Casual

I pulled this casual and comfortable look together for a fall day out photographing autumn trees.  My location shot didn’t work out, but I love the how the browns work together for this.  The corduroy mesh pants from Beetlebones are too cute, and some thought to design, and dressing  into consideration. They’re done in two versions, a tucked and untucked, giving a bit of help to those of us who are working to layer mesh, and prim parts. I’m wearing the tucked version in Brown, and over it I’m wearing my mesh DCNY D-Line sweater.  Because they are the tucked pants, I don’t have to resort to wearing a size smaller than usual pants, with a size up in my top.  The DCNY sweaters are a fun addition to my wardrobe.  The variety and pairing of colors in the set, really can make this a sweater choice that can last through winter. Nice sizing of knit, and color pairings.  Included but not shown is a matching knit scarf with purchase.  Both the pants and sweater are available at My Attic for $95L until October 31st, after that, check the mainstores. I’m also wearing a new mesh hairstyle from Vanity Hair called Verity. This is a really flattering style, with the cutest barrettes.  My shoes are a recent addition to my wardrobe from Ison I picked up at the most recent Collabor88.  I picked up the whole set cause I couldn’t pick just one color, the loafers looks great.  My camera is from Tee*fy, it’s so cute, and my watch is from Miel. I recently gushed about the SLink mesh hands here, but still have to say, SLink’s mesh hands still win over the regular avatar hands.  I feel so different when viewing my avatar now. Bandana Day – Hair Fair 2012 LeLutka & SasyPants

Bandana Day is today at Hair Fair 2012!  This day is set aside every year during Hair Fair 2012, to honor and show support. Second Life residents create unique one of a kind bandanas every year for this event, and they run the gamut from chic to cheeky.  The bandanas are $50L, and are a 100% charity donation.  Please remove your hair in support, and grab a fun bandana or more from the bandana booths located around each sim at Hair Fair 2012.

Today I am wearing three bandanas, firstly the very stylish Faith bandana from LeLutka. This features a turban like bandana with color print, and option scarf with fringe to elongate the look.  In my other photos I am wearing two bandanas created by Sasy Scarborough of SasyPants, who also is responsible for Hair Fair 2012, as event coordinator, planner, the list of task and responsibilities is endless.  These two bandanas are super cute, featuring little piggies as the theme, a girl and boy are both represented with top hat and bow, all fashionably done in knit!  These three styles are keepers, and I can’t wait to wear my piggies as a knit cap as well this winter.

Culture Shock 2012 – June in Zuma Hills

I’m wearing a mesh dress from Celoe, which is available at Culture Shock 2012.  It’s a lovely mesh frock available in a number of fashionable trendy colors. I particularly like the silkiness of the fabric, and the lovely gathered bodice. I’m wearing Adam n Eve‘s Amaris skin, in natural with the provided small freckles optional layer. and SLink‘s Sarah hair in caramel, another mesh item.  I have contrasted against the turquoise shade with accessories with warmer tones, like Zaara‘s Balini Necklace in Carnelian-Cyan, her Kashiti Bobble ring, and clutch purse from DeLa in Orange, Ison‘s color block pumps in a warm cognac, and Izzie’s latest release – Spring/Summer 2012 Classic Nails in Tangerine.  Izzie’s is also participating in culture shock, check out her booth there, to see cute tri-color tops she has.

I am so over the moon with these nails, as I was having a problem finding just the right shade of nails to compliment and contrast with much of my newer purchases this season, so I approached Izzie Button to consider adding them. They are exactly what I was looking for! I’m completely excited about fashion this year do to the plentiful offerings by many designers featuring the 2012 Pantone color trends.  Seriously I am in heaven, and never have been more excited to hit the stores, and get dressed.  They have me happily wearing orange.  I’m in shock.

My location photo was taken just outside the Zuma Hills prefab from Trompe Loeil available at Culture Shock 2012, This modern, open plan home is made of mesh, and features a lovely pool, many built in features like fireplaces, art, kitchen, lighting, and cypress outside the front entrance. Also shown in my photo are Trompe Loeil’s Zuma Hills barstools in the kitchen area, and couch, chairs, and plants in the living room area.  I’ve used aDORKable poses for this pose, but not the specific ones they have available at Culture Shock, I plan on using these for another post, be sure to check out their booth there.
