I think I am wearing ALL the jewelry today. I’ve paired Amorous’s Wishbone Set, with Maxi Gossamer Jewelry’s Tarifa bracelet, and Zaara’s Kashiti Bobble Ring in turquoise.  I think they work nicely with each other and the outfit.  My outfit is a relaxed casual look dressed up a bit.  I’m wearing Emery’s new mesh denim jacket Hollywood from FaMESHed, and a prior release their pleated Charlotte skirt in late, with white horse print.  I layered Izzie’s Low Neck Tee in white underneath.  Izzie’s Low Neck Tee’s and her long sleeve tees are a must have for layering with mesh; they come in a wide variety of colors and are perfect for the job. Nyte’N'Day’s Ginger Belt is an older favorite of mine, and I like the look of it with the skirt, and the darker shade of brown which ties in my Maitreya Gold Suave’s platforms, and my Maitreya mesh shopper tote.  I’m wearing Izzie’s Holly skin in sunkissed, with brown eyeshadow, and a body + face freckle layer.  I’ve used Izzie’s skin applier hud on to match my SLink Avatar enhancement Hands, and used Flair’s Tomatoe Polish from Set 1.  I’m wearing new hair from Exile, the Independent Woman in Bronde, it’s part of the Natural Fusion 2 pack.  It’s a nice hair style, I love the volume in it.

Changes

SySy’s just released the mesh Switch Mini/Pencil Skirts at My Attic.  The theme for this sessions My Attic is Change, and SySy’s made a skirt you can change! Included with purchase you get 2 styles of skirt, mini skirt, and pencil skirts.  So if you love the look, you can restyle! Her color range is perfect, with many classic, and fashion forward colors.  This skirt is a wardrobe staple, you can build tons of looks around them. They are currently available at My Attic for limited edition price of $95L a set, afterwards they will be available at the SySy’s mainstore.  I’ve styled my skirts with a favorite from last summer, the Maitreya Cupio Top.  They come in a wide range of colors, and with the added detailed neck straps.  I’ve shown all the colors/prints they come in below.

I’ve accessorized with SLink’s new mesh Classic Pointed Pump Add On’s in Nude.  These pumps are an “add-on” to their SLink barefeet.  I love the pointed toe and thin stiletto heel.  I’m also wearing SLink’s mesh avatar enhancement hands, and used my Izzie’s skin applier to perfectly match my Izzie’s skin.  This skin is the new Holly skin, which features a range of lovely makeups. My manicure is the Crispy nail polish in Set 25 from Flair.  It’s a fun set, and I love the effects either on short or long nails. My hair is new from Mina Hair and available at My Attic, this is a long behind the shoulders hair style, and Mina’s first mesh hair. Izzie’s @ Skin Fair 2013

As a blogger, when a fair comes out, I know I am not the only one looking for particular items to style with what I am featuring. Skin Fair 2013 is an example of that, I have to show skins, that means many of use are pulling out our stock of lingerie, and swimwear, and on the hunt for new styles of them. I would like to know if designers consider designing with these events in mind, like knowing that Skin Fair is the perfect time to release a collection of lingerie, and or swimwear. Izzie’s did, or at least I did when they released their Jolie Lingerie mid fair. This set of lingerie features nine colors with many layer options, and panties with garters on or off, and stockings to match. Hair is another item obviously, I’m wearing a mesh hairstyle from eXxeSs, its a half up half down long pony called Wenda.

Skin Fair 2013 is still going strong, and open until March 31st. Izzie’s released the Asia skin there, and this skin is worth stopping by and grab some demos and checking it out. Asia comes in six skin tones, light, Ginger Edition pale, peach, medium, tanned, and dark tan. Tango appliers are available for Asia. The skin comes with brows in light, blonde, red, and dark, and an enhanced cleavage option, and nail cover on glove layer. Asia has three eyeliners, six eyeshadows, and six lipsticks on tattoo layer. Izzie’s includes an eyebrow shaper, and it’s very own shape. The skin tones are lovely, and I like the peach, and the Ginger Edition pale tone, definitely worth checking out.

Love Missile F1-11

Emery made this mesh dress called Embellished Ehrmantraut for My Attic’s Pop Music theme this session. This a tight fitted dress with spike epaulettes. It’s available in eight great colors. I love the colors she used, and the detailing on the back side of the dress. I’m wearing one of three new hairstyles released by LeLutka this weekend. This mesh hairstyle is called Dolce, and is a wild ‘big hair’ style. I love how high it’s teased up, and the whispy flexi pieces that move. My accessories are these great spiked earrings from Amorous in mesh. They feature color change spikes and base. My necklaces are sunglasses on chain from Maxi Gossamer Jewelry called Positano. They come with sunglasses on necklace with two types of chains, and sunglasses raise on right on your nose. They feature click change lens and frame styles/colors. My bag is from Leverocci/Belgravia, called the Totem Bag. I love shape and how shiny it is. My leggings are from Izzie’s Patterned Tights Pack, the design is Half Stripes Outside. I’m wearing Gizza’s Studded Boots in Glam Black. I love the pattern and spikes on the back. Because wear mesh hands, I removed my wrists and wore a glove alpha to make sure my arms would fit inside my tight sleeves. It’s a skin tight dress, and my wrists with the extra mesh hands didn’t work with it. Extra body alphas from other clothing items can really come in handy, it’s a neat trick to remember.

If the shoe fits…

If the shoe fits…buy it in all the colors!  I’d like to think that’s advice my mom gave me, but she didn’t have the obssession with shoes I have.  So this is my advice to you…ok I am really obsessive about clothing in general so in theory you can apply that to everything.  Color is what made me love the new Amae Sandals from Celoe. These are really hot mesh heels! They come in single colors, and combos. I’m only showing the combos today. With my outfit I’m wearing the Heat/Depth combination with the black rivet option. The Amae’s come with the usual skin tinting hud, that also allows for nail polish colors, as well as features texture change rivets to further customize your look. The rivets are available in silver, gold, and shiny black, and can really change the look and feel of the shoe when you change them. Celoe’s hud is a dream to use, you can tint in seconds and be done with it, either by using the presets, color picker/hue slider, or put in your skins RGB/HSL values. The look of the sandals is really sporty, I swear the yellow ones make me thing of a hot sports car.

I’m also wearing Celoe’s Clara Corset, and Nikka Skirt to match my heels. I’ve accessorized with Miel’s earrings, and modified a mesh bangle set from Maubray to wear a single from the set. I LOVE modify options for this reason. I’ve topped it all off with the Pocahontas hair from LeLutka. It’s a soft windblown look in a long hair.

Mix & Match + New SLink Boots

SLink recently released the Vanity Boot! This mesh leather boot features a wood wedge heel, with double outer leg zippers and a zipper on the inner legs. The main boot leg hangs over the foot portion. The Vanity Boots are available in 11 colors, from natural tones to bright fun colors to brighten up your winter.

I’ve paired the Vanity Boots in black with DCNY’s mesh black wash Denim Pencil Skirt, and Ison’s mesh Kimono Sleeve Cardigan in Sand. I’ve brought out added orange as to bring some color to the outfit with my melon colored Intrinsic Tank from Jane, Maubray’s Candy Bangles, and Tiny Satchel in Scarlet from The Secret Store. Miel’s Sha Jewelry Set seemed to be perfect to balance the look. It’s metal changeable via click. My hair is a new hair style from Exile called Little Talks, it’s a cute wavy high pony tail, with bangs/fringe.

Splash!

SySy just released this lovely a-line handkerchief hem cocktail gown this week. It’s mesh, and gives the impression of light whispy chiffon. I love the color palette she used, specially this muted shimmering green tone. The dress amazingly just also happens to be a similar shade of Shiver in my Maitreya Gold Liaison shoes!

I’ve accessorized with Kungler’s Perola Set in Abalone, and Baiastice’s Mesh Clutch in Flower Juice print. My hair is new from Exile, this mesh hairstyle is called Stay the Night, and the color is Afterglow which I am just over the moon with the blonde in it. It’s a soft look, and I love how tousled it looks. I’ve chosen the teal eyeshadow, and raspberry lipstick that came with Izzie’s Givera skin to bring out more colors in my necklace, and tinted my SLink mesh hand nails a dark raspberry.

Spy Girls

Sasy and I were out and about and as it happens ended up with a head set. Well you know as well as I, a head set means you have to be up for an adventure so, a magical costume change later, there we were, distracting a tough security guard, and stealing plans, and a rendezvous afterwards. Mix

Izzie’s recently released an assortment of high-waisted tights.  I recently blogged her new skin Ginevra I’m wearing. The tights are available in a wide range of colors, and basic tones.  The tights are nicely textured, and available on all layers, with a tatoo layer also included.  I’m wearing them in pink with my Maitreya Gold Liaison shoes, with the sock option on.  I’ve used my shoe HUD to also tint my feet to the color of the tights to accentuate a layered look.  This is a fun look to try out. Mijn Botique’s cute oversized sweater is then layered over a teeny Elymode skirt. The sweater from Mijn was an exclusive item in the With Love Hunt from this past fall.  If you did the hunt chances are you have it, it’s also available from the hunt with the cutest cat design. The Secret Store also carries some oversized long sweaters too if you like this look.  I’m wearing their Tiny Satchel which was in The Arcade gatcha event December 2012.  The satchel was available in a variety of colors, and patterns.  It’s mesh, I love the detail to it.  I’m wearing Maxi Gossamer Jewelry’s Juicy Love  necklace and earrings.  The earrings also come in lipstick versions.  Both the necklace and earrings are mesh, and click to touch color changeable. Amacci Hair – New!

Amacci just released a few hair styles in the past month.   She’s offering two hair styles in store as free gifts at the moment until January 19th-Elba and Thor!  The Elba hairstyle is a beret style hat that’s color tinted via hud, or made completely transparent showing off the lovely short pigtails.  Thor is not shown, sorry my guy shapes didn’t load in inventory.

Leon and Linda are Amacci’s new releases.  I like Leon for it’s unisex short style. It’s well fitting on women, and frames the face well. It will look great on guys. Amacci also did the Linda hairstyle in a variation of the Leon, with higher bangs/fringe giving it a fresh youthful look.

Before Christmas, Amacci released Anastasia and Gloria.  Both are variations of each other.  Anastasia is a lovely full braided low bun that sits on the nape, and the hair fully pulled back from the front with whisps.  Gloria features a smaller braided bun, with side swept bangs.  The braided bun is lovely and interesting to look at from behind, reminds me the beautifully braided challah bread.  This hair is made to be worn with chicly styled clothing, and gowns. All hairstyles are shown with and  look great with Amacci’s free hair bases.

Cloud 9 – My 6th RezDay

Ginevra

Izzie’s newest skin release is Ginevra, and it’s beautiful as expected.  Ginevra comes in 8 skin tones, and in addition with the exception of the Mocha skin tone come with dark, light, red, and blonde eyebrows.  Layers include an eyeliner, blush, freckles (face), freckles (face & body), and MOLES!  I’ve shown a face below with all the layers, with the eyeliner layer on. The skin comes with 11 eye-shadows, and 12 lipsticks on layer.

The included freckles are lightly scattered around the body, and a dusting across the nose and cheeks.  The mole option has a variety of small sized moles scattered here and there, with a few on the face.  The blush layer is a really healthy color and about the cheeks and hairline.  The eye liner layer features a nice thick line.  The eyeshadows when layered create some really pretty eyeshadows.  I recommend the using the smokey over the top of another shade for a unique dramatic look. The body is as lovely as all of Izzie’s skins are. Demos are available for you to try them.

I’m in love with these jeans from TuttiFrutti!  They’re embellished and perfect for a cozy night in with my soft, fuzzy,  mesh Lux Wool sweater from Maitreya shown here in Snow. The mesh jeans-I Wish, I’m wearing the Frosty Blue pair.  I snagged a pair in white as well, and should probably go back for the gold ones.  They’re currently available until the 31st of December at My Attic for $95L after that you can find them in TuttiFrutti’s main store at full price.  I accessorized with new jewelry from Mandala (click-through to their blog to see more!) I’m wearing the Osenbei Set in silver.  This past month Maitreya released these great mesh heels called Liaison. They’re a great basic heel, plus have features like optional ankle strap, and knit ankle warmers!  They’re available in 24 colors, with 24 colors of ankle warmers built-in, strap on/off option, and each color of shoe features 4 available sole color options, one that matches the shoe color, plus three that coordinate!  My hair is another new release from Exile, it’s currently available at My Attic. It’s a lovely mesh half up, half down hairstyle called Waiting For Tonight. It comes with an optional tiara! I’m sitting by my new fireplace with decor from Scarlett Creative, another item currently available at My Attic.  It’s mesh and features, shutters, fireplace, photos, picture, pillows, and the cute LOVE lettering to hang from the mantle. A perfect setting for a cozy New Years Eve by firelight.

Iced Bokeh To Go

The With Love  hunt begins November 30th, with many grid favorite stores participating. The hunt will begin at 4pm slt, the starting location is at Cheeky Pea.  Here’s a sneak peek of the skin La Petite Mort will be offering for their hunt item.  This skin features a lovely pale blue/white bokeh effect near the eyes, and strong almost flushed from winter blush.  This skin was fun to style, check out what Sasy did with it!  Where I went light and bright, she brought out the blues, and added some depth. I’m wearing it with Chaisuki’s 47 lashes, and Izzie’s Double Wing Eyeliner for super drama.  I’m all dressed up for an event with my Shiver dress from LeLutka, and jewelry from Muse.  These items have been in my inventory for a while, and that makes them perfect for events.  Many people rush out to grab a dress for a formal event, only to find they are one of several wearing the same dress at the event.  I like to pick up dresses, and formal jewelry here and there, so when an event comes around I have many dresses that minimise the likelihood someone else will be wearing them.  Vintage items are great, vintage like my Muse Celestine Front jewelry.  Consider this while getting ready for your holiday events.  I’m wearing new hair from LeLutka, called Electra, a soft whispy braided style, with a matching hair base.  Have fun with the hunt, and check back here, for more hunt info as it updates.

The Song That Never Was

While out shopping with Sasy, I picked up a few cute items. We stopped by the Bees Through The Seasons event (click the link to check out the flickr group) , which was beautifully built by Beetlebones designer Suetabulous Yoot.  It’s an event run by Crystalny Resident, who I happened pick up this cute Studded Clutch from her BeeHive store on Marketplace.  I also picked up this messy half-do hair by Beetlebones.  I bought the caramel pack, which features to variations of color.  While out, I also picked up this Leather Pencil Skirt at Fanatik, I have to go back for more colors, such a classic item, with nice texturing. Earlier this week, I was able to stop by the Around the World Event, where I picked up this zebra print top from 22769 there. It’s mesh, nice texturing, I love all their offerings for the event, I felt they really nailed the theme.  I’m wearing my Maitreya Gold Suave shoes in Raven to accent the top, and jewelry by Celoe.

I’ve put together this outfit for hitting the stores with Sasy yesterday. It’s mostly mesh, and a cute casual look.  I’m wearing a new mesh hairstyle from LeLutka called Ella.  It’s a lovely sexy kitten-y style.  I’m wearing it with my matching blond fun tone hairbase.  I’m also wearing two fall release items from Celoe and Maitreya.  Celoe’s Chardonnay Pants in heath, with Maitreya’s wool Lux Sweater in Mix Creme.  I’ve acessorized with Remy’s Beau Tassel necklace in Red/Silver, and Boom’s Golden Dragon Take It Easy tote. I’ve also added bangles and rings from Zaara, and finished off with a newer release from Maitreya Gold, with the Suave shoes in Oxblood.

Lelutka recently released this updo with hair band called Nook.  It features a color change menu for the hair band, giving you plenty of options. I’m also wearing a fairly new jacket from Celoe, the Maru Coat. It’s a nicely styled coat, with lovely details. I’m mixing it with a boatneck top from Whippet & Buck in red.  They’re having a sale currently and this only cost $50L! It’s all layer so great for layering with mesh! I’m also wearing Fri.day’s Iunno jeans, which are layer as well so work great with my Jazz Boots from Maitreya.  I love this shade of red!

Cloud

Collabor88 for November 2012 opened with a new themed collection called Painted Desert.  Brilliant theme, the color palate was refreshing and dead on for this theme.  From the collection I’m wearing Clawtooth’s I Never mesh hairstyle, Clawtooth released two hairs, this one is similar to the other, and features bangs/fringe. I’m also wearing jewelry from Collabor88 - Maxi Gossamer Jewelry’s Tarifa mesh necklace, and matching mesh earrings.  They have color change/resize via menu, just click the jewelry. It’s very lovely, very southwest.  I’m using these items to style with DCNY’s new mesh Boho Baby Dress.  It’s a cute dress in a variety of fun colored paisley patterns, from subtle buttercream to its a bohemian Christmas with Gingerbread.  The design is cute, featuring ties on the bodice and lovely trim. I’ve styled the cloud colored (cerulean) with matching cerulean shoes and purse from Maitreya.  Izzie’s recently released this new skin Geanna. Shown here in my favorite tone Sunkissed, you can see its a lovely, fresh, youthful look.  I’m wearing the nude rose lipstick, and silver eyeshadow.  Izzie’s skins features lipsticks, eye shadows, freckles, cleavage options, and are avialable in a variety of tones.

Celoe’s Mirage

Celoe will be doing a major release soon, I did a sneak peek yesterday of the Maruca Coat/Dress, and a link to Sasy’s post of the Maru coat. Today I’m giving you a sneak peek of Celoe’s Mirage Tunic, and Chardonnay Pants. I love the designs they used on the Mirage Tunic. It’s very vintage, and bohemian. I like that I can easily wear the tunic over the Chardonnay Pants, without resorting to wearing a large top and smaller bottom. The Mirage Tunic is available in 8 colors, and the Chardonnay Pants come in 5 colors. I’ve accessorized my look with Mandala’s Omochi Earrings, and Bracelet in Silver. I’ve also used my Rio Clutch from Osakki, which is dead on perfect for this outfit. Osakki is in process of reopening her store. My Ilaida Mojri shoes from Zaara, are a great addition, these pair are in black, they feature menu change quilted fabric tops, in 12 colors, and banding/shoe liner in Gold or Silver.

My makeup is blend of two eyeshadows that come with my Cassandra Skin from Izzie’s. You can create a variety of effects, and shades by layering eye makeups. Shown here are the base skin’s eyes, the blue and teal eyeshadows on their own, and then layered versions. The first being teal, then ‘add’ as an option instead of wearing, the blue. In my look, I created a near match to the teal on my tunic by first wearing/adding the blue eyeshadow, then I “added” the teal. Playing around in your makeups this way can really help you make the most of what’s there, and don’t forget to add in from other skins, or makeup sets. My last photo in the series shows the eyemakeup with LeLutka’s Liquid Liner in black added on top of them.

Maitreya recently released quite a few items this week a collection of sweaters, sweater dresses, and cargo style sweat pants. I’m wearing the mesh Merlino Lux Sweater in Raven with my Maitreya mesh Anais skirt with bird print. The Anais skirt was a release earlier this year, and is also available in a cute polka dot print. I love this Amber color, and how well it works with the Maitreya mesh Leather Satchel in Mustard, check your inventory for this, it was a former FLF item earlier this year. Great color for fall.

I’m giving you a SNEAK PEEK at Maitreya Gold’s new mesh Suave shoes are sexy and a total treat this Halloween for me. They feature a socks option, and the very first pair to rez were this color! I liked them so much, I worked my whole outfit around this shade. The HUD is easy to use, and gives you several slide out menu areas. Skin & Nails to tint your feet to match, and polish your toes, Shoe Options features: Socks On/Off, and Recolor Options for Socks – 23 colors and Heels – 4 options. Extra Options includes a Kill Scripts option (make a copy first, then wear, then kill), TP to Mainstore, Visit Website, and a Help Button.
