Overgrowth

Helena Stringer of The Stringer Mausoleum has created this stunning hair called Overgrowth, that is unisex and comes in two varieties-petite, and massive.  I am wearing the massive, with the separate attachment included called the Mega Firestorm Flower.  The hair comes with two separately attachable flowers Firestorm Flower, and Maneater, in both Mega and Petite sizes. The hair is available in a number of colors.  This hair will be available as part of the Crazy Hair Hunt.  The hunt begins March 31st, and features 65 participating stores that specially created unique hair in the Flora & Fauna theme for this year.  Participating stores are not hair stores, but stores that feature other items from home & garden, to building aids. I recently blogged the new leggings from Maitreya, and I still can’t take them off.  Shown here are from the Shine packs, in Black, and White in the couture edition that’s included in purchase (it means it has a pony wedge heel attached).  I’m also wearing Mimikri‘s Dusk Leather Bustier’s in Black, and White.

The Deck sim is proud to announce ‘My Attic” an event that starts on the 21st of March and ends on the 31st of March. The theme this session is “Summer Abroad 1955-1960” tenants at The Deck and two special guests have made items that fit within this theme and their own creative influences.
All items will be 95L for the duration of the event, and will then go to regular store prices afterwards.

Strigidae & Tytonidae

The past two weeks have been full of fashion, and great finds.  Maitreya recently did a mesh release, shown here are their leggings from that.  Buy by the color or color/fabric pack, and you get not only the leggings, but the ‘couture’ leggings that feature this pony wedge shoe that is combined, which is great if you wanna throw them on and go, and not hunt for shoes.  Love it! The texturing on them is incredibly well done, and the form they leave you with is this amazing butt.  No lie! I’m wearing a new find from Happy with them a tunic dress shirt called Uptown.  I love the sleeves, and cuffs, and how it drapes over my hips.
