Summer Sun

LeLutka is set to release several new heads this week. Here is a sneak peek of May. They are all bento, and with this release also comes an update to past bento heads Simone, Chloe, and Cate with new facial animations.  They range from a variety of moods you can cycle through, and even have more than one selected, as well as mouth poses and animations.  Also new, and what I really like, is the ability to toggle off one ear, rather than both ears to accommodate even more variety of different hairstyles. Hair Fair 2016 – Exile

Exile released 5 hairstyles at Hair Fair 2016. The hairstyles are 4 girl hair, and one guy hair (Life Won’t Wait), but as you see since the guy hair is short and unrigged, a quick resize and it’s an awesome girls messy short do. I love how really (well for unrigged hair really) hair in general is unisex. Exile is located here on the Backlot East sim.

Hair Fair 2016 runs July 16th through 31st. Featuring 80+ hair creators of Second Life, each hair sold donates a percentage to Wigs For Kids. Each sim also contains Bandana Booths featuring bandanas made by residents of Second Life. Bandana’s are limited edition, $50L each, with 100% of price going to Wigs for Kids.

I Had This Thing

Mixing and matching with some thing that have been in my inventory, some recently acquired, and some new releases.  Exile just released this fantastic updo. The Countess, at The Fantasy Collective. I’m wearing them with a new release from Essenz, the Stockholm ankle boots, which are available at The Seasons Story event. I love the leather lacing up the heels and back. I recently picked up this oversized knit sweater at Gizza which was released earlier this year. It’s a fantastic sweater, a nice super thick cable knit. It’s designed to be worn without any mesh hands, and use alphas to hide your arms for this awesome hands in pocket look. With purchase you get a 3 color HUD. I’m also wearing some of my favorite leggings. They’re made by Maitreya, and come in a variety of fabrics and colors making them something that looks fabulous even though they’ve been around for years. They’re mesh, and with purchase you also get the couture variation which doesn’t stop just at the ankle but continues down into a boot which is a really hot look.

The skin tones are from Glam Affair, so if you wear a different body, or system skin you can pick those (skins/appliers) up there. Purple Wail

My Attic just opened and the theme this round is Temptation.  My store W. Winx, collaborated with Flair for tempting poses for the theme.  Also in My Attic is Elymode with her Xandra outfit. It comes with all the layers, and appliers you will need for bodies: Slink Physique, Maitreya Lara, TMP, Belleza Venus, and an Omega HUD. They’re available in five colors, I’m wearing the Grey/Purple set. They have a variety of variations like Jumper, high-waist shorts, long top, short top, and shorts –I’m wearing the short top and shorts.  Another release at My Attic, is YS&YS’s Frida smokey skin plus Slink Visage appliers in skin tones 2, 3, and 4. They include a base skins, and hair bases that you can also tint., as well as lipstick layers in Nude, Red, and Blood.

I’m also wearing the Babette Hip Chain from Maxi Gossamer, in Black/Silver with optional tassel. My rings, are Izzie’s new Midi Rings. They’re mesh, and made to fit the Slink Avatar Enhancement Hands. She’s also fitted them to the various styles of hands.  My shoes are a recent release from Glamistry, the Eranthis Heels. They’re hot, and have cute little wing, and heart charms on them, and feature a wide variety of color choice combinations via HUD. I recommend the fatpack.

Twist

Baiastice just released the Laurel Lace Top/Dress at Collabor88. I’m wearing the Lace Top version, but you can also get a version with solid background but lace detail. Both variations also come with the bra only version as well.  I really liked the baby-doll lingerie feel to this, and styled it as lingerie, wearing DE Designs Dawn Lingerie appliers panties underneath. If you do get the see through lace version, keep in mind, it has alphas. Alphas in hair, or mesh underwear/clothes worn underneath will effect this or vice versa.  That’s an alpha priority issue in Second Life, so go solids, or appliers for layering.

I’m also wearing Exile’s Fire To The Rain, a nice up & down hairstyle. I decided against any jewelry, and went with Essenz’ new Rome heels, with my Slink High Feet. The Rome heels are available at her main store.
